This room belongs to Data Now. The agent that works here has one job: notice, before a person has to, that something changed for a company its firm holds, sells or covers — a halt, a results release, a director dealing, a change of auditor — and bring back the record line with its link, not a summary of it.
1 Who works here
- 1.1
- A watch agent at a dealer, a wealth platform, an asset manager or a compliance desk, holding a list of issuers by ISIN, ticker or LEI.
- 1.2
- It runs after the market’s nightly close and before the desk opens; it does not trade, price or advise.
2 Its round, in order
- 2.1
- Read the roster and the market dates:
{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"list_nodes","arguments":{}}} - 2.2
- For each issuer on its list, ask what is new since its last round:
{"jsonrpc":"2.0","id":1,"method":"tools/call","params":{"name":"list_events_since","arguments":{"identifier":"CA82509L1076","since":"2026-10-23"}}} - 2.3
- For each one, ask whether it still trades on its home register:
get_signal— ACM-403 is a halt read from the venue’s own page. - 2.4
- For the signed text of a disclosure, go to Issuerwire.ai, the product:
https://mcp.issuerwire.ai/mcp. - 2.5
- Hand back: the event line, its date, its source URL and the receipt id of the read.
3 What it leaves alone
- 3.1
- Market prices, quotes and order books: none are carried, so none are hunted.
- 3.2
- Rumour and commentary: an event enters the trail only when a wire, an exchange bulletin or a regulator’s register published it.
- 3.3
- Its own judgement of materiality: it reports the event type the source gave; the desk decides what matters.
- 3.4
- Markets it was not asked about: a watch list names its issuers, and the hunter stays inside it.
4 The door it calls
- 4.1
https://mcp.getissuer.ai/mcpfor any market; the market door fromlist_nodeswhen it works one country only. MCP over Streamable HTTP, read-only, no account.
5 Paying for a read
$0.01 a read, paid in the call on x402. A hunter that sweeps a long list every night pays per issuer only if it chose to take the offer.
6 Machine kit
